The Lindsey Wilson College softball team finished loading OCC shoebox gifts from Adair County onto this pup trailer last week. The shoebox gifts are now on their way to Charlotte North Carolina where they will be processed. A total of 3585 shoebox gifts were collected in Adair County in 2024.
Students and athletes from Lindsey Wilson College helped pack and load shoebox gifts from Adair, Casey, Hart, Green and Metcalfe counties. This group of Lindsey Wilson College, softball players loaded the final cartons which were delivered from Hart County. The boxes from this area will now travel to Charlotte, North Carolina to an OCC processing center.
