In May of this year, Officer Vance Davis with the Russell Springs Police Department received information about a possible sexual assault that took place involving a juvenile. Ofc. Davis investigated the case and it was presented to the Russell County Grand Jury this past week and David George, 48 of Russell Springs was arrested by Officer Kendall Catron on the Grand Jury Indictment for Rape 1st degree. He is currently being held in the Russell County Detention Center on a $250,000 bond.
