The City of Columbia is working with local businsses on an initiative to support “local”. It encourages people to shop local at our shops, support the economy, and build relationships between the community and businesses.
They are looking for local food trucks and local personnel that have baking businesses that they could highlight in a special event at their storefronts.
If you have a food truck and/or baking business please contact Jessica Hatcher (Gypsy Jolee) or the Mayor’s Office.
They will be putting together a listing for future events promoting local businesses.
