The Taylor County Fire Department responded to a structure fire Wednesday morning at 36 Morgan Trail after a caller reported smoke coming from a garage.
Crews were dispatched at 11:14 a.m. and arrived on scene around 11:28, finding a detached garage fully involved with multiple nearby exposures at risk. Firefighters quickly brought the fire under control, preventing it from spreading to surrounding structures.
Units remained on scene for about 90 minutes, and no injuries were reported.
Assisting at the scene were the Taylor County Sheriff’s Office, Campbellsville-Taylor County EMS, Campbellsville Fire Rescue, and the Campbellsville-Taylor County Emergency Communications Center.
