Roger G Coffey, age 83, of Dunnellon, FL, passed away June 22, 2026, at his home in Dunnellon under the loving care of his family and hospice of Marion County. Roger was born on July 20, 1942, in Keltner, KY to Ural and Clarice Love (Rodgers) Coffey. Roger moved to Florida 26 years ago from Baltimore, MD.
He was a member of Gulf to Lake Church in Crystal River, he was an avid golfer and a member of the Gulf to Lake Mens Golf League.
In addition to his parents, Roger was preceded in death by his brother, Danny Coffey.
Survived by his wife, Charlotte R Coffey; two children, Julie Kramer and her husband Rick PA, Doug Coffey and his wife Stacy FL; one sister, Anita Blaydes Edmonton; four grandchildren, Rebecca Spotts and her husband Sean, Shelby Kramer, Joshua Coffey and his wife Jennifer, Natasha Coffey; three great grandchildren, Keeghan Coffey, Darby Halliday, and Bexley Coffey.
Private cremation will take place under the direction of Brown Funeral Home and Crematory in Lecanto, Fl.
Memorial services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday July 7, 2026 at the Gulf to Lake Church in Crystal River with Pastor Lloyd Bertine officiating.
