Ronald Babcock of Bowling Green, son of the late Russell George Babcock and Ida Mae Remington Babcock, was born on Monday, October 28, 1957 in Louisville and departed this life on Thursday, July 23, 2026 at Hospice of Southern Kentucky in Bowling Green. He was 68 years, 8 months, and 26 days of age.
He had made a profession of faith in Christ and would attend church with his wife, Brenda. He was the previous owner of Ron and Brenda’s Transportation and worked as a manager and businessman. Ron loved to travel and was ready to travel the world with his wife. In his free time, he enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren and family, which was his pride and joy.
He is survived by his wife: Brenda Sue Dial Babcock of Bowling Green, having united in marriage on January 12, 2002.
Other survivors include two sons and daughters-in-law: George and Kristy Judd of Green County, Joe and Melissa Judd of Indiana; four grandchildren: Hannah Judd, Haley and Nash Johnson all of Greensburg, Owen Judd, Lila Judd both of Indiana; a sister: Deanna Lee of Florida; a niece: Christy and Donald Kessler of Somerset; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Besides his parents, he was also preceded in death by his brother: Wayne Allen Babcock; brother-in-law: Larry Lee; and a nephew: Joseph Lee.

The funeral service for Ronald Babcock will be conducted at 11 A.M., Central Time, Monday, July 27, 2026 at the Cowherd and Parrott Funeral Home with burial to follow in Green County Memory Gardens. Bro. Mike Walker officiating.
Visitation is requested from 3:30 P.M. until 7 P.M., Central Time, Sunday at the funeral home and after 7 A.M., Monday until time of the funeral service.
The family has requested that expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to the American Cancer Society or Hospice of Southern Kentucky which can be made at the funeral home.
