Saturday Session: DOORS, A Tribute To Mr. Ben White Of Knifley Grade School, And Remembering the Roley/Casey Creek Community

July 12: Adair County Genealogy & History Research Center and the Adair County Genealogical Society present the July “Saturday Session”.

This program is a bit different from the usual Saturday Session which are teaching-learning classes on how to study our local history and family history.

This Saturday Session: DOORS, A Tribute to Mr. Ben White of Knifley Grade School, and Remembering the Roley/Casey Creek Community of Adair County.

Mr. Steven Ray, a dynamic speaker and historian, will speak about his experiences as a student at Knifley School and interactions with Mr. Ben White, the real backbone of the school. Also Mr. Ray will include history of the Roley-Casey Creek Community, the Walker Store, and the Post Office.

This will be an INTERESTING and INFORMATIVE program and a must-see event!
